| Part I: 2014.8-2016.11 SWISSCO act as superintendent 1. Be in charge of all the jobs， including hull，machinery，electical and coating. 2. Verify all the drawings and technical agreements of all the main equipment; 3. Attend all the items inspection while construction， prepare the punch list; 4. Complete 3 vessels handover， with 3 vessels under construction. Part II: 2012.2-2014.8 Ruitai Nantong Shipyard， act as Deputy manager in technical&Quality Dept. 1. Be in charge of department daily works relate to technology and quality assurance and control; 2. Establish and maintain the quality management system （ISO 9001-2008） certified by class CCS; 3. Establish and maintain the department management documents， including technology， quality， measuring instruments， NDT， etc; 4. Prepare the procedure/guideline and quality final report for ship repairs and steel structures manufacturing; 5. Be in charge of the WPS and welders approved by class LR; 6. Prepare the technical proposal and estimate of expenses for ship conversion; 7. Be responsible for the communication with surveyor and owner. 8. Perform as Technical and quality manager in ROLL HILL project to prepare all the technical document and quality control Part III: 2010.11-2012.2 Zhoushan Zhongtian Shipyard， act as Deputy manager in T&Q Dept. The shipyard was in progress of building up at that period， the most important jobs for me are to prepare all kinds of documents， facilities’ final inspection and testing， dry dock gates’ manufacturing. 1. Be in charge of department daily works; 2. Establish the quality management system （ISO 9001-2008） to be approved by class CCS; 3. Establish the department management documents， including technology and quality 4. List and maintain the measuring instruments for ship’s repair. 4. Prepare the procedure/guideline and quality final report for ship repairs; 5. Prepare all the documents of WPS and welders approved by class CCS; 6. Be responsible for the communication with surveyor. Part IV 2008.6-2010.11 COSCO （XIAMEN） Shipyard. act as Deputy manager in T&Q Dept. The shipyard mainly specializes in voyage repairs and outfitting manufacturing. 1. Be in charge of department daily works; 2. Establish and maintain the quality management system （ISO 9001-2008） certified by class CCS; 3.Establish the department management documents， including technology， quality， measuring instruments， etc. 4. Prepare the procedure/guideline and quality final report for outfitting manufacturing; 5. Prepare the documents of WPS and welders approved by class LR; 6. Be responsible for the communication with surveyor. 7. Prepare the products’ drawings for being approved by clients， class， and shop drawings for workshop. 8. Be in charge of the quality control of product manufacturing and certified by class and clients. Part V 2004.7-2008.6 COSCO （GUANGDONG） Shipyard， held the posts of QC，supervisor， technician，and lead of technician group in Hull Workshop. 1.Mainly specialize in the project’s quality control as QC. 2.Act as hull supervisor for ship repairs， including project schedule， technology and quality control， etc. 3.Mainly specialize in preparing technical document and shop drawings for ship repairs， checking and inspecting the steel work as technical supervisor.Delivery around 80 vesselss repair/ conversion in 2 years. 4.perform as lead of technician group: 1）Be in charge of technology group daily work; 2）Prepare technical document for ship repairs， especially in special project for shipyard; 3）Prepare the general procedure for ship’s conversion ; 4）Be in charge of all the material preparation for ship repairs. |
