| Apr.15–August.16 Work at DNVGL class （Guangzhou station） as a surveyor Responsibility a. Carry out schedule inspection according approval drawing， related standards and rules b. Improve performing efficiency of class rules and regulations c. Ensure structure， welding， piping， equipment etc. with high quality d. Review NDT report， PSPC log， equipment and material certificates e. Perform international convention e.g. SOLAS， Load Line， MARPOL，ISO f. Cooperation with yard and owner and support each other Feb.12–Mar.15 Zhejiang Ouhua shipbuilding Co..Ltd Project： construction surveyor - In charge of ship construction from block assemble， pre-erection， erection， pipeline fabrication，pipe welding ，pressure test until delivery. Responsible for Four 1700TEU Container ships （for Greece AVIN international and Germany Reederei Nord） ， DNVGL rules one 37200DWT bulk carriers （for Germany Reederei Nord） ; LR rules Four 31000DWT multipurpose vessels （for Swire group） ; LR rules Two 22000DWT multipurpose bulk carriers（for Swire group）; LR rules One 18374DWT heavy lift vessel with 29 m wide deck and two 900 mt heavy lift mast cranes for BigLift shipping；LR rules Key Responsibility Area : -Responsible for Welding procedure qualification，Welder performance qualification test，Patrolling process implementation， - Perform relevant detailed engineering review of plans and drawings for compliance with applicable rules， codes， contract commitments and client’s specified requirements. - Supervision of the construction processes for shipbuilding， control the materials， do the inspection for fit up， welding， machinery installation， outfitting integrity， tank test， principal dimension measurement，inclining test， sea trail & etc - Do the inspection with the shipowner and class surveyor， organize different departments to solve the comments given by owner and class， insure the shipbuilding follow to the contract and class rules. - Technical discussion with all parties involved including Owner， Class， design department ， production department， maker & etc July.09 – Jan.12 Cosco （Zhoushan） shipyard Hull supervision in production department Key Responsibility area Responsible for the construction of Eight 57000DWT bulk carriers and FPSO. | Working Skills 1. On-site supervision in QA/QC department of shipyard and class society ， 8 years on site experience for heavy lift vessel/PSV/ MPV /FPSO/Container and bulk carrier ship / hull / outfitting /machinery installation inspection; 2. Rich experience in structure， piping Project and ship building for quality control. 3. Familiar with international and domestic standards of DNV/CCS/ABS/BV etc. 4 Good understanding of Marine engineering construction rules ，IACS rule， IMO standard part， SOLAS， Load line convention ， DNVGL rule ，ILO convention，AWS D1.1，API 1104，production building specifications， as well as can deal with problems. 5. Familiar with SMAW， GMAW， FCAW， GTAW，SAW welding knowledge， Welding procedure qualification，review UT， PT， RT， MT reports；Welder performance qualification test， Patrolling process implementation. 6. General control and monitor the shipbuilding quality . 7. Work long term together with ship owner’s representative/ class society / design house /equipment maker / etc， have good working relationship with all the parties; 8. Computer literate - Windows， MS office， AutoCAD， internet， Adobe Acrobat， etc. 9. Fluent in English listening and speaking， professional reading and writing. |
